Plant Production Supervisor

Our nursery has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced production supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily production and maintenance duties are completed on time
  • Organise repairs and maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and nursery equipment
  • Manage stock levels including purchasing stock, maintaining supplier relationships, stock rotation, quality assurance, and distribution to customers
  • Assist with major installations and removals and be available to help service customer sites when required
Requirements:
  • Certificate in Horticulture or related field
  • Relevant industry experience in plant production and management
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in using computer software and basic equipment
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and successfully
