We're currently seeking a skilled Tours and Outreach Booking Coordinator in Melbourne, working closely with our team to provide outstanding customer service and coordinate various tours and outreach programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be passionate about community engagement, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our Tours and Customer Service Unit, you'll oversee scheduling, provide detailed reports using geographic and demographic statistics, and play a crucial role in supporting the development of strategic initiatives.

You will also work on coordinating internal mail services and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations. A tech-savvy individual proficient in using booking platforms and visitor registration systems is highly regarded for this position. Business intelligence or analytics software experience would also be beneficial.
