As a seasoned travel professional, you will play a key role in crafting bespoke luxury itineraries and tours that exceed our clients' expectations.
Working closely with travel agents and direct clients, you will ensure all guests have an unforgettable experience and receive exceptional service.
\This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Luxury Travel Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our clients' travel experiences.

- Qualify, create, and present detailed bespoke itineraries that meet our clients' unique needs and preferences.\
- Manage client relationships throughout the booking process, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolutions to any issues that may arise.\
- Process bookings efficiently and accurately, using your expertise to resolve any complex queries or concerns.\
- Prepare airfare quote options, reconcile files, and ensure accurate Quote, Confirmation, and Final Documentation is sent to clients/agents.\
- Collaborate with on-site DMCs, 3rd party suppliers, and direct clients to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.\
- Sell to achieve individual and team sales targets, actively promoting our luxury travel products and services to maximize revenue.\
- Participate in business development activities, attend supplier functions and training sessions, and represent our brand at trade shows and hosted agent familiarisations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Extensive experience selling specific destinations and a passion for the destination.\
- Travel experience to the destination of specialty.\
- Personal travel experience and knowledge of other key destinations.\
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a reservations or consulting role preferably in wholesale travel.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) and experience using an in-house travel system (Travel Studio experience considered an advantage).\
- Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) preferably Sabre.\
- High degree of attention to detail, excellent communications skills - both written & verbal, and ability to work autonomously.\
- Team player with ability to effectively work across all departments (product, marketing, sales, finance).\
- Willingness to take on challenges, demonstrated knowledge of sales principles, and ability to close the sale.
You must be able to work up to 2 weeks travel per year (interstate and overseas) to participate in familiarisation trips and some out-of-hours work may be required.
