Investor Relations Specialist

As Investor Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering external financial communications and reporting for Lendlease. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, including Finance, Corporate Affairs, and business segments, to contribute to the overall success of the Lendlease platform.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement effective investor relations strategies to enhance Lendlease's reputation and credibility in the market.
- Prepare and disseminate market disclosures, including ASX announcements, results, and investor presentations.
- Conduct investor meetings, including results and governance roadshows, to engage with key stakeholders and build relationships.
- Monitor market, industry, and peer developments to provide insights and recommendations to the Executive team and other stakeholders.
- Provide internal reporting to management and the Board on investor relations activities and market trends.
To succeed in this role, you will have three to five years' experience in investor relations, corporate finance, capital markets, or accounting, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications. Post-tertiary qualifications (CA/CPA or CFA) will be highly regarded, although not essential.
You will have strong financial and analytical capability, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also have experience working with cross-functional teams and the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
