Crime Prevention Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our retail crime prevention efforts. As a strategic Retail Crime Lead, you will drive innovation and collaboration across stores, eCommerce, and supply chain to design and deliver cutting-edge crime prevention strategies.
You will work closely with investigations to identify, investigate, and disrupt retail crime offenders, fostering a culture of security excellence throughout the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute crime prevention initiatives aligned to business priorities and risk appetite, ensuring a seamless integration of strategy and execution.
- Analyse enterprise-wide crime trends and emerging threats, recommending targeted mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure and shrink.
- Optimize Profit Protection platforms (Accertify, Auror, Appriss) for best-in-class detection and prevention, driving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with Investigations, Legal, Law Enforcement, and operational leaders to reduce financial exposure and shrink, promoting a cohesive approach to security and compliance.
- Guide covert security strategies and track performance against budgets and KPIs, ensuring accountability and transparency in our security efforts.
- Provide senior leadership with predictive analytics and commercial cases for investment decisions, informing data-driven decisions that drive business growth and success.
