Anti-Fraud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Anti-Fraud Specialist.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth fraud investigations, utilising expertise and analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and best practices that enhance service standards, policies, and strategies.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with all aspects of policy, procedure, and statutory requirements, ensuring efficiency and minimising risk.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members or less experienced colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Prepare reporting and insights on quality control reviews and checks, informing strategic decisions and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar environment or anti-crime industry, with a strong background in financial crime prevention.
  • Strong resilience, with excellent problem-solving skills and a naturally inquisitive mind.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer service or contact centre environments is highly regarded.
