**Client Relationship Manager**

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee a portfolio of key accounts within a designated territory. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments to evaluate client requirements, assessing equipment performance, and determining rental feasibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to existing clients.
  • Customize equipment solutions to align with clients' needs and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to review account performance metrics.

You will provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries or concerns while staying abreast of industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in visiting construction sites is a valuable asset.
  • Ability to establish rapport swiftly while maintaining professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal aspects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Preferably hold tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
