Contract Manager Role Overview

This role is for a Contract Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contracting process, including renewals and new business. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution.

The Contract Manager will partner with sales teams during pipeline review sessions to provide guidance, address contractual risks, and optimize the commercial approach. They will also analyze account data, license parameters, and terms to develop proposals for pricing, cross-selling opportunities, and renewals.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the contracting process for renewals and new business
  • Partner with sales teams during pipeline review sessions

  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or sales support roles
