GHD is seeking a skilled contract professional to provide high-quality support services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering contracts, preparing and maintaining contract documentation, drafting contract notices and letters, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer contracts on behalf of GHD's clients, including preparing and maintaining contract documentation, drafting contract notices and letters, and administering contract obligations.
- Assist with contract changes and updates, including assessing and formulating claim responses in collaboration with project teams.
- Support the payment claim process and maintain clear and well-organized contract records via contract management system.
- Identify potential risks and recommend practical responses, and offer guidance on contract requirements and compliance.
- Experience as a contract administrator or similar role, with experience administering contracts on behalf of a client preferred.
- Background in energy, mining, construction, or related sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and organize work effectively.
- Comfortable working across different client systems and adaptable to new ways of working.
- Solutions-focused mindset, open to new approaches.
- Excellent clear communication skills.
- Collaborative team environment.
- Variety of tasks and opportunities for growth and development.
