Job Title: Sydney Contract Professional

This position is for a newly created contract professional role in the Sydney office, working directly with senior construction experts and experienced project managers.

We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage procurement processes and subcontractor agreements to ensure seamless project execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and administering contracts, variations, and progress claims, collaborating closely with finance and delivery teams to maintain tight budget control.

A key responsibility of this role is to conduct regular site visits and maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.

This opportunity supports the delivery of high-end fit-out projects from inception to completion, working closely with national pre-construction and design teams for seamless handovers.

About You:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a contract administration or similar role
  • Background in commercial construction – either in fit-out or new build
  • Strong commercial understanding and confident with numbers
  • Experience with (or quick to learn) software
  • Eager to progress into a project management position
  • Self-starter who thrives in a close-knit, fast-growing team environment
