About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide direct client service to residents of the Residential Care Home, working in close collaboration with health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall well-being.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
