Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care and support to residents in a residential care setting
- Work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager and healthcare team to achieve high-quality care outcomes
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
