Job Title: Pool Guardian

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pool patrons to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Administer first aid when necessary or respond to emergencies with professionalism and composure.
  • Conduct water quality tests, record findings, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards around the pool deck and surrounding areas.
  • Establish strong relationships with members and patrons of diverse backgrounds through effective communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of pool operations and certifications (highly regarded).

Requirements:

  • Pool Lifeguard License (mandatory)
  • Driver's License (preferred)

Work Arrangements:

  • Standard 8-hour shifts
  • Afternoon shifts available
  • Day shift available
  • Evening shift available
  • Morning shift available
