We are a fast-growing swimming pool construction company based in Seven Hills, NSW. We are providing top quality pools with exceptional customer service and fantastic workmanship, most of our works has been done by our in-house team.  Currently selling around 100+ pools per year and growing we need a labourer to help us ensure we provide the level of service our client expect.

About the Role

We are now seeking a hardworking and experienced Swimming Pool Construction Labourer who has a can-do attitude and wants to learn every aspect of swimming pool industry.

**The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment and will need to be someone who can learn things very quickly and think on their feet to get the job done.

This position requires a full Drivers License and white card.**

Duties:

  • Formwork - install formwork for swimming pool
  • Steel fixing - fabricate and steel fixing on site
  • General labour works - dig trench, jack hammering, site cleaning, etc
  • Plumbing - assist our plumber for both pre-plumbing and secondary plumbing
  • Opportunity to step up into a Leading Hand position, for the right person

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of general labour experience in the construction or pool industry
  • Current Clean Driver's License
  • Physically fit and healthy
  • Must be punctual, reliable and loyal. if you cannot be on site at 7am, don't apply
  • Positive, can-do attitude and professional work site behavior
  • An ability to take directions and be willing to learn new skills and take advice
