Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business founded in 2007. The company started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating nationwide.

This role has been created due to continued growth and is based at our new corporate office. We are seeking an Employee Engagement Professional on a full-time permanent basis.

The Job

  • Manage incoming calls to the Engagement Department and assist or transfer them to relevant team members as needed.
  • Manage the Engagement inbox and ensure all queries are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Engagement team as required.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing necessary Engagement documents for new employees.
  • Organise new employee client/site inductions.
  • Process relevant forms and paperwork, ensuring all documents are completed and filed.
