The role of Internal Communications Officer is a critical one in any organization. This position involves developing and implementing internal communication plans that align with the organization's values and objectives.
">This includes creating and executing effective internal communication campaigns to ensure employee engagement. It also entails engaging with stakeholders across the business to develop targeted communications approaches that meet the needs of the wider organization.
">Key responsibilities include managing the design and production of internal communications collateral, evaluating and identifying improvements for communications strategies, and implementing new communications techniques and tools.
">Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Lead, the successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or similar.
">Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies is essential. Proficient knowledge of digital platforms and tools for communication is also required.
">Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with various stakeholders at all levels is necessary. The ideal candidate will be proactive with a creative mindset and able to work effectively in a high-performing team environment.
