About This Role

This pivotal position is responsible for leading the brand strategy into FY26 and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing operations, with a proven track record of streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the Marketing Critical Path — Lead planning and execution across communications, category, content, PR, social, and packaging, understanding internal and external dependencies.
  2. Lead Marketing Process & Briefing Operations — Refine end-to-end marketing and briefing processes for efficiency and clarity.
  3. Drive Project & Financial Management — Oversee timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and ROI.
  4. Enforce Marketing Timelines & Accountability — Develop and manage activity timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  5. Optimize Systems & Platforms — Implement tools to enhance workflow, adaptability, and collaboration.
  6. Lead Studio — Manage in-house studio to deliver compelling marketing assets across channels.
  7. Manage External Partners — Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, photographers, printers, couriers, and software providers.

An experienced leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in retail or fast-paced environment.
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in print and digital content production and workflows.
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate change.
  • Management experience in traditional and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and project coordination.
  • Financial acumen and budget management.
  • Successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and technology.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear plans.
