Marketing and Business Development Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in local retail environments.

As a Marketing Specialist – On Premise, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand through multi-channel campaigns, digital execution, supplier collaboration, and meaningful customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive results and improve performance.
  • Working with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Managing website updates and EDMs, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaigns.
  • Creating and scheduling social media content while monitoring engagement and reporting on performance.
  • Coordinating supplier-funded campaigns and building strong relationships through clear communication.
  • Supporting trade media, PR, and budget tracking to ensure campaigns stay on track.

You will work collaboratively as part of a passionate team in VIC or NSW on a permanent, full-time basis. You have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the liquor, FMCG, or wholesale sectors. Hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, love working collaboratively, experienced in digital marketing platforms, content creation, and Meta tools, strong writing and communication skills, data-savvy approach to campaign optimisation.

The ideal candidate will be able to tailor their marketing communications to different customer groups, strengthening engagement and driving sales.
