About the Role

This challenging position involves overseeing all facets of digital marketing, including paid search, programmatic advertising, social media, and content creation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive performance and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager in delivering cross-functional activities and projects.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise paid search, display, native, video, and paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Enhance our YouTube and Social Media presence through organic content development and strategy.
  • Create compelling copy for text ads, native ads, and social media platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data insights to recommend optimisations and improvements.
  • Promote best practices and market trends to ensure continued excellence.
  • Review and refine campaign landing pages to boost conversion rates.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent attention to detail and a clear understanding of various marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.

You should possess strong SEO and ASO principles knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, effective planning and time management skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.
