Cloud Technical Liaison

Our goal is to find a seasoned professional who can excel as a key liaison between our enterprise customers and our company's technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in at least two of the following areas: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data, and Analytics. They must also have experience in providing operational best practices guidance and presenting complex information to both small and large groups.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for Enterprise Accounts
  • Understanding customer outcomes and business goals
  • Making service improvement recommendations that fit with their customer strategy and architecture
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and presenting periodic reviews of operational performance to customers
  • Providing detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning
  • Championing and advocating for customer requirements within our organization
  • Participating in customer requested meetings
  • Leveraging key customer resolution tools to facilitate rapid resolution of customer concerns
  • Sharing knowledge and innovating with top technologists
  • Working directly with our engineers to ensure customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Planning and executing successful business-critical events including product launches, migrations, and modernizations for our customers

Key skills required include:

  • A computer science or math background
  • Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies
  • Experience working with AWS technologies
  • A solid understanding of technology budget management principles
