Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Cloud Expert to join our team. This role involves providing expert-level technical support to customers utilizing Canonical's portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues related to Cloud infrastructure
  • Work collaboratively with customers to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Ownership of results: Ensure that each support case is handled according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong academic background from high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or alternative equivalent experience
  • Track record of delivering outstanding results through exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Linux systems, including Virtualization/Cloud, Containers, Storage technologies, Networking, and Cloud computing expertise

We solve interesting technical problems daily, from triaging complex Cloud environment issues to OS configuration problems and root cause analysis.
