Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished
Cloud Technical Lead
to drive technical excellence and innovation in our hosted and remote managed SAS application environments.
This role requires a strong leader who can articulate innovative solutions, engage with key stakeholders, and provide single technical leadership from project kick-off through go-live.
About the Role:
Develop and implement cutting-edge SAS technical approaches to meet clients' business and technical needs
Collaborate with customers, analysts, developers, and implementation team members to deliver world-class SAS service
Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure successful project delivery and mitigate any technical blocking conditions
Enhance operational requirements to improve system stability, monitoring awareness, and decrease operational burden
Maintain adherence to SAS Cloud standards and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute technical strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Leverage industry expertise to develop and maintain technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Foster strong relationships with key client counterparts and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technical solutions and make recommendations for enhancements
Requirements:
Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in a cloud environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in SAS technologies and experience with cloud-based systems
