Course Leadership Specialist

Lead and manage the delivery of Community Services courses.
Oversee academic quality, develop learning materials, deliver teaching, and facilitate student engagement. Build relationships with industry partners, mentor lecturers, and ensure compliance with academic frameworks.
- Manage academic quality and delivery of Community Services programs.
- Develop and manage learning materials for students and staff.
- Deliver teaching, assessment, and student consultations for relevant subjects.
- Facilitate student support, communication, and engagement.
- Monitor course quality and lead continuous improvement processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners.
- Mentor and coach lecturers and field placement coordinators.
The ideal candidate will have a Postgraduate degree in Social Work or a related field, full membership of the relevant professional association, and experience in adult education or tertiary education.
They will possess exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the capacity to handle complex matters professionally and confidentially.
