We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety (EIRS) team in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented lawyer to work closely with our Partners and advise blue chip clients on employment law, industrial relations, and safety matters.
You will be responsible for running matters, supervising and developing team members, and playing a key role in developing further business opportunities with existing and new clients.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience as a Senior Associate delivering advice on a range of employment law and industrial relations matters from a leading top-tier private practice, government, or in-house environment;
- An excellent academic record, strong communication and teamwork skills;
- A hunger to learn and develop, and maintain a market-leading practice;
- Able to take an active role in the team's strategic business development objectives;
The EIRS team provides specialist expertise on all legal matters impacting the employment relationship, including employment, industrial relations, discrimination and equal opportunity, work health and safety, crisis management, incident response, board and executive matters, and workplace training.
