Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service for our industry-leading MineStar software.
  • Analyse data and logs to troubleshoot the MineStar ecosystem.
  • Identify issues and provide temporary and permanent solutions to restore software functionality.
  • Restore site services, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers and dealers in your region.
About Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Critical thinking skills are essential for this role.
  • You should have a complex problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven ability to learn technical knowledge with a process-orientated analytical approach.
  • Technical and/or Mining experience is required.

This role requires occasional travel and support work at open pit and underground mine sites. You will also be part of a 24/7/365 coverage team, which may require weekend work and on-call duties. The working environment is 5 days a week in the CBD office, 8am-4pm.
