Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Technology Implementation Specialist. This position involves implementing and configuring cutting-edge technology solutions for mining operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying complex technology systems, preferably in a mining environment. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

This is a mid-senior level contract position that requires 5 days per week in the office with flexible start & finish time. Up to 5% travel to mine sites across Australia and overseas may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure technology solutions according to customer business requirements.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive testing to ensure system meets required standards.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide technical training to end-users and system administrators on implemented solution.
  • Undertake implementation and integration tasks for both internal and external customers.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with technical software system implementation in a mining environment.
  • Previous experience in deploying Mine Haul Truck Fleet Management and Mobile Mining Equipment Automation technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT system architectures, enterprise computing infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop relationships.
