Job Description

Are you passionate about environmental leadership and sustainability? We seek a Senior Environmental Advisor to drive environmental compliance, mentor teams and ensure high standards across our operations.

This is a deliverable based role with annual performance reviews and autonomy to deliver agreed outcomes flexibly across hours and sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead environmental assurance activities including audits, inspections and control checks
  • Support environment compliance with legislation, regulations and project standards
  • Mentor field crews and leadership teams to embed sustainability into daily operations
  • Manage environmental incidents and lead investigations with corrective actions
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies
  • Assist with sustainability initiatives and mandatory reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering Management or related field.

Solid experience in operational or major project environments.

Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and reporting requirements.

Excellent communication, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.

ICAM Lead Investigator and Auditor Training (or willingness to obtain).

Valid C class drivers' licence and construction white card.
