Job Description

Pierre Fabre is a French pharmaceutical company and pioneer in dermo-cosmetics with iconic brands, Av8ne and Klorane. Oncology is a key strategic focus for the company.


Reporting to the Finance Director, we are looking for an innovative and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a strategic role in shaping the financial direction of our dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceutical operations.

This position is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring robust forecasting, insightful performance analysis, and data-driven decision support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Collaborate with commercial business units, marketing, HR, and supply chain teams to align financial strategies with business goals
  • Support strategic initiatives such as product launches, new indication development, pricing strategies, and market expansion
  • Provide financial insights to guide investment decisions and resource allocation
