**The role**

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager this role will see you working directly with established accounts in all major pharmacy and independent channels to assist them in marketing with the goal for our Dermo-Cosmetic division to drive sales, achieve budgets and growth targets.

You will work cross functionally with our marketing, sales and training team to enable our accounts to provide exceptional service and product knowledge to the customers of Pierre Fabre’s brand.

Identifying new market opportunities and implementation of marketing and promotion plans to support business imperatives will be paramount to succeed in this role.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provides comprehensive advice on various marketing elements, including product assortment, pricing strategies, advertising, promotions, distribution methods to executives and clients.
- Investigates potential market demands and characteristics for new products and services by gathering, examining, and interpreting data and statistical information.
- Managing the creation of advertising campaigns that include specialised tasks such as design, copywrite, media scripting, production for television and film ensuring they are completed within allocated timeframe and budgets.
- Conducts analysis on consumer behaviour and preferences to gather insights.
- Deciphers and anticipates trends in consumer behaviour, projecting future markets trends.
- Acquire appropriate knowledge of his/her geographic territory and work to defined segmentation by collecting data.
- Analysing data regarding consumer purchasing patterns and preferences and trying to determine future trends.
- Work towards business development by collaborating to define the marketing objectives and programs. Advising our key accounts on strategies and campaigns set up to reach target markets and promoting the specificities of Pierre Fabre’s products (workshops with pharmacy staff, pharmacists, and beauty advisors to promote our products and train them in marketing to promote Pierre Fabre’s products).
- Contribute to create marketing bi-monthly cycle detail documents to support NPD launches and brand plans that are presented to key clients.
- Execute sell-out initiatives - Merchandising and customer interaction.
- Execute and support all key strategic initiatives to support assigned budgets.
- Manage a CRM by way of detailed call notes, 12-week cycle plan and hitting all internal KPI metrics for reporting.

**What we are looking for**
- At least Bachelor of business, Marketing or Commerce.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the Dermo-Cosmetics environment is a must have.
- Ability to collect and analyse data to support sales performance.
- Excellent English communication skills & French speaking (to ease communication with Company’s head office in France) is a plus.
- Used to work in an international environment.
- Competent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
