Job Title: Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be required to use their exceptional clinical skills to plan, coordinate and evaluate care needs to ensure high quality care in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and evaluate care needs to ensure high quality care.
  • Use your clinical skills to provide efficient and accurate patient care.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse with recent experience in an Orthopaedic environment is essential.
  • Current Advanced Life Support Certification.
  • Ability to work on a flexible basis (minimum 32 hours per week) with the capacity to be rostered over a variety of shifts.
