  • We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the implementation and integration of a new payroll system in SAP.">

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive the data integrity, implementation, and testing of the entire payroll function. You will oversee the roll out of the SAP Payroll module, master data management, and review the process and procedure in processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs for 4000+ employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Oversee and lead the roll out of the SAP Payroll module.">
  3. Master data management- cleansing and integrity review of current payroll data and system.">
  4. Review the process and procedure in processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs of 4000 + employees.">
  5. Maintaining employee files and records as well as compliance and risk mitigation.">
  6. Preparation of SOPs, training documents and process mapping as required.">
  7. Award interpretation across retail, wholesale and food preparation awards.">
  8. Work with stakeholders across the business and providing excellent customer service.">
  9. Prepare and establish KPI tools/ metrics to track projects.">
  10. Month end close including submitting all payroll related reports to finance.">
  11. UAT for the new payroll system.">
  12. Prepare and deliver a hand over at the completion of the project.">

Candidate Requirements:

">

We are looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager with solid experience in all aspects of processing payroll and managing payroll implementation projects end to end in large and complex organisations.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable working within a diverse team, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Experience across multiple payroll projects is highly desirable.
