**Job Opportunity**We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Operational Venue Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional support and oversight for the operations of our venue.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist with all venue enquiries and operations;
  • Market venue services to the community and regional stakeholders;
  • Prepare rosters and allocate casual staff as required;
**Requirements:**
  • Certificate III qualification relevant to the position;
  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification;
  • HLTAID003 - Provide First Aid (Unit of Competency);
**Desirable Skills:**
  • Hands-on experience in venue administration including functions, bar operations, meetings, and oversight of casual staff;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, organisational, and time management skills;
  • Physical fitness to perform operational tasks including venue set up and pack down;
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office programs and venue management software.
**Benefits:**This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The total remuneration package includes a base salary and superannuation.**Additional Benefits:**
