Job Title: Procurement Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Operations Coordinator to provide support for procurement activities and related administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in procurement performance reporting, benefits realisation, and contract compliance
  • Sourcing strategy execution and contract management administration
  • Managing procurement and fleet inboxes, vendor compliance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Updating and maintaining procurement intranet content, master data, and contract registers
  • Providing general administrative support, including memo drafting, meeting coordination, and intranet updates
About You / Qualifications:
  • Experience in procurement and contract management within a complex service-based environment
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and alignment with established processes
  • Experience in using electronic management systems
