Job Title: Site-Based Health and Safety Advisor\

Join our team as a Site-Based Health and Safety Advisor to ensure the well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and providing guidance on health and safety procedures.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.\
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessments and safe work practices.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies.\
  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure employees are equipped to manage risks and hazards.\
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.\
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • Minimum Certificate IV in OHS Management or equivalent experience.\
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and regulations.\
  • Robust knowledge of safety management systems and risk assessment techniques.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
