The Opportunity
- Oversight and management of all aspects of site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Supporting the delivery of site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Implementing and monitoring safe work procedures and practices.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant WHS legislation and internal policies.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HSE Advisor or similar role within the commercial construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience on large-scale, high-value commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE systems, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- A Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (minimum requirement).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.
