About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to perform routine maintenance and repairs of buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect assigned areas on a regular basis and carry out necessary tasks to keep facilities in good working condition
  • Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures
  • Repair various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment
  • Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate
  • Maintain adherence to safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in maintenance is preferred
  • Able to follow basic safety protocols and precautions due to physical risks
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
