Student Conduct Specialist

The role involves administering student discipline matters in line with university regulations and procedures.

This part-time appointment requires the coordination of appeals, maintenance of accurate records, and provision of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate student appeals in accordance with Institute and University policies;
  • Manage misconduct cases for on-campus and partner provider students;
  • Maintain up-to-date records for appeals, decisions, and outcomes; and
  • Deliver professional customer service to various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with electronic record-keeping systems.
