
Drive Growth as a Cross-Functional Strategic Partner

This is a pivotal position that drives high-impact cross-functional strategic projects. The role identifies and executes initiatives that propel the growth of our ANZ business.
Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team, the Strategic Lead sets the strategic direction and facilitates decision-making for all Business Units and Brands to further develop our business in the ANZ market.
- Provides strategic support to the ANZ SLT by analyzing data and presenting insights to inform solid recommendations for business growth, supporting complex decision-making, and execution.
- Defines and leads the annual strategic planning process, collaborating with the ANZ SLT and various stakeholders within the organization.
- Ensures the execution of strategic priorities by providing transparency of performance vs. objectives & timelines, recommending adjustments to the strategic plan throughout the year.
- Leads high-impact cross-functional projects that drive revenue growth, deliver cost improvements, or build/strengthen core capabilities.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a top-tier university with an MBA, Master's degree in Management, or Economics, ranking among the top 10% of the class.
- At least 4 years of working experience in a high-performance working environment, e.g., strategy consulting, banking, FMCG/retail.
- A proven track record of delivering strategic projects from concept to implementation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for the business.
- Structured approach to work, prioritizing effectively.
- Pragmatic 'can-do' attitude with a hands-on mentality.
- Positive attitude towards change and experience of working in a dynamic environment from day one.
- Strong communication skills across various audiences (SLT, team, external stakeholders).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and conscientiousness in dealings with stakeholders in complex organizational setups.
