About the Role

As a Construction Manager with our client, you'll oversee all on-site operations, ensuring seamless execution within timelines, budgets, and uncompromising quality standards. You'll harness cutting-edge site management software to streamline workflows, optimise resource allocation, and track project milestones with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead all on-site operations, overseeing every facet of the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and stringent quality standards.
  • Uphold compliance with all regulatory mandates and industry best practices.
  • Harness your expertise in cutting-edge site management software to streamline workflows, optimise resource allocation, and track project milestones with precision.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the intricacies of townhouse construction, showcasing a proven track record of success in delivering high-calibre residential and multi-storey building projects.

Qualifications

  • Possession of an active QBCC Supervisor's License, coupled with a robust background in site management within the construction sector.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in overseeing multi-storey building projects, with a keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • Proficiency in the utilisation of advanced site management software, empowering you to orchestrate complex construction endeavours with finesse and efficiency.
  • A comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety protocols, underpinned by a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
