Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ticketing, credential checks and crowd flow at entry points.
  • Conduct thorough bag checks for restricted items.
  • Monitor crowds to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Provide event information and assist with crowd management.
  • Secure perimeters and manage restricted areas effectively.
  • Protect assets and key personnel from potential threats.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and report as necessary.
Requirements
  • A valid NSW 1A Security Licence.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card.
  • Flexibility to work dynamic hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Punctuality, reliability and professional attitude are essential.
  • Appreciation for events, sports and entertainment is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand and stay alert for extended periods, often outdoors.
