Located in various locations across New South Wales, Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join their team as an APS3 Participant Support Officer.

About the Role
  • Resolving participant matters by actioning planning tasks in accordance with the Agency Act.
  • Providing counter/reception support for the local office, including responding to participant enquiries and managing self-help kiosks and online support.
  • Responding to customer enquiries, providing information and/or referring customers to relevant government or community services.
  • Managing shared email inboxes, appointments, and telephone enquiries on behalf of the team.
  • Coordinating appointments using Agency office facilities and ensuring accessibility for participants.
  • Conducting research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
  • Performing data entry activities and ensuring follow-up is completed.
  • Recording complaints and other feedback in the Agency's business systems.
About You
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to manage conflict and difficult conversations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently.
  • Able to learn new systems and processes.
  • Previous experience in a front-of-house and administration-based role.
