About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in our Melbourne Collins Street store. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for each client.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreaches, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
- Engage with clients and build long-term relationships using various clienteling tools to cultivate brand loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules to stay up-to-date on the latest Gucci products and trends.
- Support the back-of-house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

Requirements
- Full availability across Monday – Sunday
