As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This dynamic position requires a collaborative and strategic individual who can provide culturally aware HR advice tailored to the Australian context.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with local leaders and global HR teams to align people strategies with evolving business needs.
- Employee Experience & Compliance: Act as a trusted advisor on employment legislation, employee relations, and inclusive workplace practices.
- People Development & Performance: Support managers and team members with regular check-ins, performance discussions, and development plans.
- At least 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Degree or certification in Human Resources preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Australian employment laws, and HRIS (Workday experience a plus).
