Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business areas to create a high-performing and supportive work environment.

The HR Business Partner will cover employee relations, management coaching, HR project work, and more, working collaboratively with the broader HR team.

This position is about enabling every employee at our organization to be successful, feel supported, and grow professionally and personally.

The majority of your time will be spent consulting with managers and employees to address performance issues, resolve employee relations situations, and ensure compliance with our values.

In addition, you will have opportunities to develop your HR knowledge and skills by participating in various HR responsibilities and projects.
