
Financial Operations Coordinator

Seeking an experienced administrator to support operations in wealth management, taxation and trustee services. Key responsibilities include:
Duties- Complete administrative tasks for clients and other areas of the organization
- Arrange and record investments/redemptions with fund managers
- Support estate planners, accountants and financial planners with maintenance tasks
- Conduct reconciliation requirements as directed
- Foster client and provider interactions
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent time management skills, confident communication and interpersonal abilities. Ideal candidates possess:
- Experience in high-paced administration roles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Initiative to grow and learn, with clear and accurate correspondence skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, data entry, Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Baseline understanding of financial investments, accounting and estate planning
- In-depth knowledge of the trustee industry and CGT implications
