Your Role
The Resource Consultant serves as an integral member of the Audit team, with primary responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Enhancing resource deployment efficiency by providing stakeholders with visibility into resource capacity and capabilities to facilitate optimization and cross-utilization. Ensuring a balanced staffing mix on client engagements, considering leverage models. Managing scheduling requests and delivering resourcing solutions to diverse stakeholders. Providing analytical insights to senior stakeholders regarding resource management reporting. Collaborating with the offshore data entry team to maintain data integrity within the firm's scheduling tool. Assisting the National Resource Management team in identifying suitable internal resources for various projects. Proactively addressing items that may affect schedule accuracy, including anticipated capacity within the team and pending project confirmations. Identifying potential scheduling conflicts and proposing viable alternatives. Taking responsibility for educating client-facing staff on effective resource management practices.What Makes You Stand Out?

Prior experience in Resource Management or a related field (e.g., Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Operations). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and positive attitude, with the capability to work independently and take ownership of actions and outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Excel. A degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
