We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to deliver exceptional services and create memorable experiences for tenants and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide top-notch customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Assist with activities such as restaurant bookings, VIP meet & greets, and arranging transport and hotel reservations.
Necessary Qualifications:
- A strong passion for delivering genuine hospitality from the heart.
- Experience in using computers and associated tools.
