Sydney Office Account Growth Manager

This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a Digital Media Account Manager to join Domain Group's Media Sales team. The successful candidate will initiate, develop and help coordinate effective advertising solutions aimed at supporting the existing Media Sales team.

The role involves formulating key strategic initiatives designed to grow revenue and create long-term mutually beneficial relationships with both agencies and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working across the Sydney market, you will service and manage digital agencies and trading desks and provide media solutions where appropriate.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
  • Present new Domain product offerings in a timely manner to key clients.
  • Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and other industry functions to develop knowledge and network within the media and real estate industry.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years proven success in an account management role.
  • Digital sales experience across publishing and programmatic businesses.
  • People leadership skills and a track record of delivering or exceeding budgets.
  • Advertising or Marketing experience is essential.
  • Relevant work history for reasonable periods in roles with multi-tasking, deadline-driven, customer-focused tasks with a sales support focus.
  • Confidence in presenting to large groups.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable car.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Hubspot and Salesforce experience highly beneficial.
