Job Responsibilities

As a Front Office All-Rounder at Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Your key tasks will include:

  • Providing quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted on time.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • A friendly and positive attitude with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
