Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Director to lead our manufacturing function. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

This is a senior leadership role that requires a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to drive operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in the beauty, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
